WLALL account help

For first-time WLALL setup, use the phone number associated with your league registration. Returning email sign-in uses an address you have already verified in the WLALL app. An imported email address alone does not establish app access.

If you need to correct your registration contact information, cannot receive a code, or see the wrong family or team, contact app-support@wlall.org. Never send a verification code to support.

In Account, App notifications controls app notification delivery. Your device must also allow notifications in its settings.

To request deletion, choose Account → Delete account or open the deletion page. Deletion affects your adult Sports League Tools account across leagues; it does not withdraw your child or delete another guardian’s account.

General platform questions

How do I sign in?

Sports League Tools uses one-time codes instead of passwords. Enter your phone number or email address on the sign-in screen, tap "Send Code", then enter the code you receive. Your session stays active so you won't need to sign in frequently.

I'm not receiving my sign-in code

If you're not receiving SMS codes, try signing in with your email address instead. Check your spam/junk folder for email codes. If neither method works, contact your league administrator to verify your contact information is correct, or email us at support@sportsleaguetools.com.

How do I get access?

Access to Sports League Tools is provided by your youth sports league. When your league registers your family, you'll be able to sign in with the phone number or email they have on file. Contact your league administrator if you need to be added.

How do push notifications work?

The iOS app can send push notifications for schedule changes, game reminders, practice reminders, and volunteer shift reminders. When you first open the app, you'll be asked to allow notifications. You can manage which types of notifications you receive from the Notifications Preferences page in the app.

How do I add games to my calendar?

On your team schedule page, tap the calendar icon to subscribe to your team's schedule. This creates a live calendar feed that automatically updates when games are added or changed.
