1. About Sports League Tools

Sports League Tools is a league management platform operated by Sports League Tools LLC. The platform helps youth sports organizations manage player registration, team assignments, game and practice scheduling, volunteer coordination, and parent communication.

2. SMS Messaging Program

Sports League Tools offers an SMS messaging program to deliver important account and league communications directly to your mobile phone. By opting in to receive SMS messages, you agree to the following terms:

Program Description

This SMS program sends account authentication codes (one-time passcodes for login verification), as well as transactional notifications including league schedule updates, game and practice changes, volunteer shift reminders, and account-related alerts.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and league schedule. Authentication messages are sent each time you sign in via phone. Transactional notifications (schedule changes, volunteer reminders) are sent as events occur during your league's active season. You can expect to receive approximately 2–10 messages per month during an active season.

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan and any applicable charges.

Opt-In / Consent

You opt in to receive SMS messages from Sports League Tools by providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on our sign-in page at sportsleaguetools.com/login. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of the platform. You may also sign in using email instead.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from Sports League Tools. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. You may still use the platform by signing in with your email address.

Supported Carriers

SMS messages are supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the platform.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Sports League Tools only for its intended purpose of managing and participating in youth sports league activities. You will not misuse the platform, attempt to access accounts belonging to others, or interfere with the operation of the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sports League Tools is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform or the SMS messaging program, including but not limited to missed notifications, delivery failures, or carrier charges.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated through the platform.
